A lattice of your own
Your hexes run in dedicated containers on a private network of their own. No other customer shares them.
Full admin access
You're the administrator: the admin dashboard, users and roles, API keys, the MCP server, plugins and every setting.
Encrypted, with failover
Everything on disk is encrypted with AES-256. With three or more hexes, losing one doesn't stop your lattice.
Backed up every day
Each hex's disk is snapshotted every day, and you can make your own backups from the admin dashboard at any time.
Kept up to date
New HexDB versions are rolled out for you, one hex at a time, so your lattice stays up while it upgrades.
Your hostname
Your lattice gets an address of its own on HTTPS. Point a domain of yours at it with a CNAME whenever you want.

Hosting costs more in some regions, and so do we: 15% more in the western and central US, Asia Pacific and Johannesburg, and 35% more in São Paulo. You choose the region when you set up your lattice.

Questions
- Is it the same HexDB as the open-source download?
- Yes. The same release, unchanged. Your data is yours: export it through the API whenever you like, and load it into a lattice you run yourself if you ever want to.
- How many hexes do I need?
- One hex is fine for development. 3 keep working through the loss of any one, and share their data in slices. You can change the number or size later.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- We email you and Stripe retries the card. Your lattice keeps running for 10 days, then it's paused with your data kept. If the bill is still unpaid after 30 days, the lattice and its data are deleted.
- Where is my data?
- In the region you choose, on our cloud hosting provider's infrastructure. It's encrypted on disk with a key generated for your lattice, and it's never used for anything but running your lattice.
